Compiles every object listed in a mudlib preload manifest without loading instances.

This is a compatibility radar for compiler/analyzer/codegen failures. It deliberately stops before object construction so database-backed create() methods do not drown out compile errors. For the same reason, environment-backed database passwords are not resolved: this command parses the boundary to configure compilation, but cannot perform database operations.
