Interprets administrative commands and maintains one administrator's working directory, object handles, and output preferences. Connection handling and terminal input belong to the transport and console client; this session receives complete command lines.

Attached sessions execute within InstanceHost.administer(Function) so administrative operations share the instance execution queue with player input and ticks.
